Talent Fusion, a global human resources consulting firm based in the United Kingdom (UK), draws upon over 25 years of field-based, regional, and global expertise in human resources within international humanitarian and mission-based organizations. Founded to collaborate with International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs), charity organizations, micro-finance institutions (MFIs), and healthcare institutions, Talent Fusion addresses the daunting challenge of responding to ongoing humanitarian crises stemming from conflicts, climate change (such as floods or droughts), or pandemics.

In partnership with INGOs, Talent Fusion provides a range of human resources solutions, including strategic workforce planning, international recruitment, mental well-being support, and data analytics solutions, leveraging advanced modern technological platforms to effectively address these crises.

Talent Fusion has worked on a variety of grant opportunities such as USAID, Global Fund, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, UN, WFP and ECHO with funding budgets ranges from USD$2 million to USD$150 million depending on the type of programme.
